Trade Assistants

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Construction Trade Assistants to join our client’s growing team across a range of projects in the construction, roofing and cladding sectors. These roles will see you working on both residential and commercial builds throughout Adelaide.

Whether you're experienced in carpentry, roofing, or cladding – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople with day-to-day tasks on-site
• Assist with materials handling and site setup
• Perform basic construction and maintenance tasks
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with team members to ensure project are completed on time
• Adhering to safety protocols and keeping a clean, organised worksite
• Follow instructions from supervisors and trades personnel

What we’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in construction, roofing, cladding, or carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Hands-on experience with relevant tools, equipment and techniques
• Strong work ethic with great attention to detail
• Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

About You:

• Own basic hand and power tools 
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
• White Card
• Work Safely at Heights
• EWP Ticket (Desirable)
• Minimum of 2 contactable references within the last 6 months
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy repetitive lifting, kneeling and squatting.
