About the role

Tetris Group is looking for a full-time Trade Assistant/HR truck licence to join our team in Penrith, NSW. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our skilled tradespeople, ensuring the efficient completion of projects. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital part in contributing to the overall success of the Tetris Group.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites
• Operating light and heavy commercial vehicles, including HR-licensed trucks, to transport materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and in good working condition
• Following safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others on site
• Providing general labour support as needed to complete projects on time and to the highest standards

What we're looking for

• Experience working as a trade assistant or in a similar construction support role
• Valid HR truck licence
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations
