Trailer Welders - Fabricators

About the role

Midland' is seeking experienced Trailer Welders and Fabricators to join our dynamic manufacturing team based in Kyneton, Victoria. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and expertise in the fabrication of high-quality trailers and transport equipment.

What you'll be doing

• Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble trailer components and structures according to precise engineering specifications

• Interpret technical drawings and diagrams to ensure accurate and compliant assembly

• Perform minor fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, and grinding of metal components

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment

• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any production issues

• Adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Strong technical skills in the use of welding equipment and fabrication tools

• Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and blueprints

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a team

• Forklift license or similar material handling experience is highly desirable
