As a Trainee ICT Support Officer, You Will Provide first-level technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Log and prioritise incidents using our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.Assist with system maintenance, user onboarding, and documentation.Work closely with the ICT Manager and clients to deliver seamless IT solutions.Contribute to creating user-friendly guides and training materials. About You Currently pursuing or willing to enrol in a Certificate III or IV in Information Technology (qualification supported through MEGT).Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude.Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS environments (preferred but not essential).Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (required for onsite support).
