Position: Trainee or Experienced Despatch / Warehouse Employee  

Location: Perth CBD

Employment Type: Full-Time  

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled or trainee Despatch Employee to join our logistics team   

The Role:

We are looking for a Trainee or Qualified Despatch / Warehouse staff member to join our team

As a Despatch / Warehouse Employee, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient dispatch of printed materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations within our warehouse and logistics department.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Preparing and packing orders for dispatch  

• Loading/unloading goods and verifying shipments  

• Coordinating with transport providers and couriers  

• Maintaining accurate inventory and dispatch records  

• Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies  

Requirements:

✅ Cert IV in Logistics (Qualification will be organsed & funded by Scotts)  

✅ Previous experience in despatch, warehousing, or logistics (preferred)  

✅ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills  

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

✅ Forklift license (advantageous but not essential and again can be organised and funded by Scotts)
