What you will be Doing

You will be;

• Conducting training and assessments for mobile plant and equipment operators

• Supporting workforce competency development and upskilling initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with site training standards and safety procedures

• Maintaining accurate training records and documentation

• Collaborating with supervisors to identify training needs and priorities

• Participating in continuous improvement of training systems and delivery

What you will need

• Previous Trainer Assessor experience

• Applicable Trade or RII qualification, or Role specific SSE signed site authorisations

• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain

• Manual Drivers license

• Training Transcripts/ LMS with proven experience on a minimum of CAT793/Komatsu830/ Terex4400

• Willingness to pass Drug and Alcohol screening
