Trainers Needed (Aged Care / Community Services / Disability)

H&H Accredited Training, a Nationally registered training organisation located in Granville, NSW is looking for qualified trainers and assessors. Our college has positions available for the following industries:

• Aged Care
• Disability Care
• Community Services                                                                                               

We are searching for trainer/ assessors to deliver the following qualifications: 

1. Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021)
2. Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC43015)
3. Certificate IV in Disability Support (CHC43121)
4. Certificate III in Community Services (CHC32015)

Selection Criteria:

The successful applicant must hold the current qualifications at the above-mentioned level, as well as:

• A current TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
• Experience as a Trainer and Assessor in Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry;
• Experience in relevant industry.
• Experience in industry consultation and Zoom / Microsoft Teams 

Preference will be given to candidates with:

1. Current working experience in the above sectors;
2. Experience in vocational education
3. Demonstrated skills of working as a member of a training team as well as working independently
4. Able to assess students at their work placements.
