Training and Onboarding Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Training and Onboarding Coordinator to play a key role in delivering an engaging, consistent, and impactful onboarding experience across our stores, while also supporting the ongoing training and development of current team members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Training & Development

• Deliver structured training to new team members (both online and in-store) covering everything from systems and sales to customer service

• Provide ongoing training to existing employees to support development and product knowledge

• Create and maintain engaging training materials: handbooks, presentations, and digital learning modules

• Track and report training participation and outcomes to HR and States Managers

• Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery

Onboarding Coordination

• Own the onboarding process from start to finish: scheduling, materials, inductions, and support

• Be the go-to person for new hires, answering questions and guiding them through their early days

• Collaborate with HR, States Managers, and the Manager Trainer to ensure a seamless and structured experience

• Ensure all onboarding tasks, such as contracts, systems, policy sign-offs, are completed accurately and on time

• Gather feedback from new team members to improve our onboarding journey

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with Store and States Managers to identify training needs across locations

• Be ready to hit the road! You’ll travel domestically as needed to deliver hands-on training and onboarding support in stores

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development (bonus if it’s in retail)

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• High attention to detail, especially in managing documentation and learning tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience is a bonus

• Adaptability and a positive attitude—you thrive in dynamic, people-focused environments

• Willingness to travel within Australia at short notice
