About the role
  
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Act as the main point of contact between customers, carriers, dispatch points, and planning teams.
• Planning and scheduling of deliveries
• Work closely with operations and planning teams to monitor information and prioritize scheduling.
• Verify and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and safe working method standards, while maintaining operations logs and issuing reports as necessary.

About you

• Previous Fleet Controller experience in the transport industry
• Minimum 12 months experience as a supervisor or lead role
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with strong computer literacy
• High-level communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
