Travel Team Leader

We're on the hunt for a passionate Travel Team Leader to guide a team of travel experts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know your way around GDS systems, and love turning booking dream trips, this is your chance to lead, grow, and make an impact in the world of travel rewards.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & inspire a team of travel consultants
• Train agents on the hottest deals, loyalty programs, and insider travel hacks
• Build client relationships and craft personalised itineraries
• Daily operations, bookings, support, and top-tier customer service
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in reward travel trends and industry news

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry
• Solid GDS knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
• Proven leadership skills, you're great with people and performance
• Sales and client-first mindset
• A love for travel
• Analytical thinker with a strategic edge

The Package:

• $100K - $110K + super + incentives
