This full-time Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist role at Casey Smiles in Cranbourne VIC, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic dental practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth running of the clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive customer experience

• Schedule and coordinate patient General Anesthetic appointments, ensuring efficient workflow

• Provide administrative support, including maintaining patient records and processing payments

• Liaise with the dental team to communicate treatment plans and procedures to patients

• Assist with treatment coordination, preparing patients for General Anesthetic procedures and ensuring a seamless patient journey

• Promote the practice's services and products to patients

• Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and professional experience for patients

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in dental software and computer systems

• A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team

• A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
