The exciting opportunity:

• Join the only not for profit, NDIS provider that specialises in delivering care and services to First Nations people in WA’s Kimberley region.
• Live and work in Broome with planned outreach travel to regional and remote communities
• Report into an experienced and passionate Allied Health Manager and receive excellent support from Senior Occupational Therapists
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop, review and monitor participant focused care plans that lead to goal achievement
• Implement evidence-based and family centred therapy services
• Empower clients through capacity building to promote engagement within their community

About you:

• General registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
• A genuine passion for supporting and providing care and services to First Nations people with a disability
• Culturally sensitive and skilled at building respectful and productive relationships with participants and their communities
• A motivated, proactive and flexible professional who takes initiative
• Experience in disability is ideal but not essential
