As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area As the People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant.
Assisting on the shop floor to support when coverage is needed
Supporting the People and Culture team with the recruitment and on-boarding of new co-workers.
Supporting the People and Culture team to ensure all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely manner.
Providing support for first level HR enquiries including policies and procedures, enterprise agreement, leave entitlements, etc.
Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system.
Supporting the People & Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required.
Other Ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co-worker experience.
