VEHICLE SALES ADMINISTRATION

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, the Trinity Auto Group is the largest automotive group in tropical Cairns – North Queensland. With the strong appeal of many desirable brands and enthusiastic and motivated staff, we require a passionate and dedicated professional who can add value and build lasting relationships with customers.

Prior experience in a sales or financial administration role would be preferred however experience in a similar role may be considered. A willingness to work hard and develop as a integral team member is absolutely vital.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing vehicle sales, finance and insurance paperwork and completing the required supporting documents;

• Accurately producing, printing, and packaging the required documents for execution for customer signatures, payouts etc.;

• Preparing policy remittance and sales reports to the appropriate providers, and to management;

• Responsibility for document retention, accurate database updating, and information storage to meet legislative requirements;

• Communicating, liaising, and negotiating internally and externally using collaboration to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• High level of computer literacy and processing experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

• Immaculate and professional presentation
