The Role

This role will see you responsible for developing and executing Dyno Nobel’s global performance remuneration and benefits strategy and associated annual processes; and the program of work in support of the Dyno Nobel Board’s People & Remuneration Committee (PRC).

You will form key relationships with the Global People Leadership team, Board People and Remuneration Committee, Executive Leadership team and external remuneration advisors. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a global remuneration and benefits strategy that aligns with Dyno Nobel’s long-term goals, ensuring simplicity and transparency.

The VP will oversee the execution of annual performance and remuneration processes, support market cycles with tailored mechanisms, and provide annual salary and benefits guidance. Governance responsibilities include establishing guidelines, maintaining job grading integrity, and conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Additionally, the VP will act as a key advisor to the DNL Board’s People & Remuneration Committee, supporting regulatory obligations and shareholder requirements, and managing executive compensation and market benchmarking.

What you’ll bring

• You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture

• Degree qualified (HR, Business or similar)

• Experience working within Remuneration and Benefits in an ASX listed company

• Proficiency working with Executive and Non-Executive Remuneration arrangements

• Background in overseeing Performance and Reward frameworks and annual cyclic activities
