Since commencing in Australia in September 2021, Kroll has prepared over 25 independent expert reports for some of Australia’s largest transactions, including for the shareholders of Sydney Airport, Allkem, Altium, CSR, Pendal and Blackmores. The Role As a Vice President, you will have an opportunity to manage engagements, work directly with clients and receive hands on mentoring from senior valuations professionals. You will help deliver valuations of unlisted assets and private credit mainly for financial reporting purposes and contribute to strategic growth with a team of high-performing professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Liaising with the valuations and investment teams of Australia’s leading superannuation funds and institutional asset managers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our valuation reports;Preparing valuations of portfolios of unlisted assets, private credit and other complex valuation engagements across a wide range of industries and asset classes;Overseeing engagements including day-to-day interactions with our clients;Building DCF models and developing discount rates for a wide variety of sectors;Providing mentoring, training and support to the junior team; andSupporting practice development and business development. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline and, potentially, a CFA, CA or MBAMinimum 5 years of financial advisory experience, including experience in constructing and reviewing DCFs, comparable company and intangible asset valuation modelsIn-depth technical knowledge in corporate finance, valuation methodologies and accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple assignmentsAttention to detail with respect to all aspects of our workExcellent written and verbal communication skills About Kroll Join the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
