Our Chadstone location is looking for Sales Merchandisers (also known as a Visual Key Holder) to create a unique shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. These permanent, part-time positions are offering 40-60 hours per fortnight with a fixed two-week rotating roster, including alternate weekends.

What You Will Be Doing:
Ensure the store upholds visual presentation, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards to create an inviting shopping environment while showcasing our furniture and homewares through strategic merchandising.
Create unique and engaging experiences for customers by sharing your expertise and helping them enhance their homes, delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, register operations, and back-office tasks to provide operational support to the store management team, ensuring smooth store operations.
Use effective selling techniques and in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
Create a positive and inclusive environment within a dynamic and supportive team.
What You Will Bring:
1–2 years’ retail or visual merchandising experience (preferred).
Strong eye for detail, layout, and brand presentation.
Great communication and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritise, multitask and work hands-on.
Flexible availability, including after-hours setups and peak trading periods.
