About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly and personable wait staff, ideally with hospitality experience to join our team at The Greek Club Brisbane. This role is based at our South Brisbane location, where you will provide exceptional customer service in our restaurant, function spaces, and bar. You will be at the heart of the hospitality industry and Greek community, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining or event experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

• Clearing and resetting the restaurant & events dining area in preparation for the next guests

• Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any issues or concerns

What we're looking for

• Preferably, 1 year of experience in a similar wait staff role, ideally in a hospitality, customer service or restaurant environment

• Courteous customer service, with an enjoyment for delivering great service, and a friendly, well-mannered demeanour with good attention to presentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people 

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented & atmospheric environment

• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including lunches, evenings, weekends and public holidays
