Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist with Guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone. 
• Assist customers for any order, birthday cake, wedding cake, event …
• Helping people when they have special allergy or diet when taking the order
• Welcome the customer and serve them
• Explain our product and how everything is homemade
• Taking reservations
• Making sure the floor is clear for new customers
• Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service.
• Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge of the local area.
• Flexible to assist in the restaurant as required by the needs of the business. 
• Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry
• Reliable team member 
• People with a passion for providing quality guest service.
• Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality
• Team players, that will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed.
