About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team at Little Kalymnos', a popular Greek restaurant located in Earlwood, NSW. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diners and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

• Delivering menu items to customers in a timely fashion

• Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked and ready for the next guests

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

• Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
