About the Role:

·         Full-Time Position 

·         5 Days Per Week (Monday - Friday)  8:00am – 4:15pm

·         Warehouse Based Position in Wetherill Park, NSW

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator with strong communication and analytical skills to oversee our warehouse operations and all aspects of the 3PL function within the site.

The successful candidate will work closely with our warehousing staff and Administrators to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient processes, and addressing any customer inquiries that require escalation in a timely manner while maintaining satisfactory service standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:                

  • Oversee 3PL/warehouse operation and provide guidance and direction to direct reports.

  • Daily inbound stock checked, labelled and scanned into locations in a timely manner.

  • Manage inbox and respond to customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed.

  • Coordinate Stocktakes and Investigate stock losses, gains, damages etc and ensure all discrepancies are reported to management promptly.

  • Assist store-person with order picks etc where required.

  • Ensure daily inbound stock received is checked, labelled and scanned into locations in a timely manner.

  • Organise specific customer requirements

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including FAA depots nationally 

  • 3PL Invoicing and customer service duties.

  • Manage, plan and monitor FAA dock appointments onsite.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow warehouse operations effectively.

  • Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily workflows.

  • Analyse performance and stock metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational policies.

  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to support their professional development.

 Experience and Skills:

  • LF Forklift License (required)

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Teamwork skills (effectively working with others).

  • Ability to provide customer service support.

  • Positive attitude, reliable and efficient.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving using resources and teamwork.

  • Prior transport/3PL industry experience (highly desirable).

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, particularly in building warehouse operations(desirable)
