YOUR ROLE

Join CEVA at our secure Kemps Creek facility supporting a leading aerospace and defence customer. We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator with strong inventory skills to take ownership of stock accuracy and support inventory processes end-to-end.

Working closely with the Inventory Controller, you’ll act as a key contact for inventory queries, perform system-based adjustments, and help guide team members to ensure correct stock handling practices. We have an 8 am – 4 pm shift available. 

This position is offered at $36.91 per hour + 13.75% super, under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National Enterprise Agreement. Full EA details can be found at fwc.gov.au.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Perform inventory checks, stock investigations, cycle counts, and reconciliations
• Liaise with operations and support teams to resolve stock discrepancies
• Maintain accurate stock movements in the WMS and support system updates
• Provide guidance to team members on inventory handling and data entry
• Escalate inventory risks and process issues appropriately
• Support warehouse duties (e.g. putaway, replenishment, dispatch) where required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Due to the security clearance requirements of our aerospace and defence customer, only Australian citizens (including dual Australian–US citizens) are eligible for this role. Unfortunately, dual citizens of other nations cannot be considered.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong experience in warehousing with significant inventory control exposure
• High level of accuracy and analytical thinking
• Confidence using WMS and handling stock adjustments
• Sound communication and the ability to support others in inventory best practice
• A current LF/LO licence is preferred but not essential

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
