About the RoleAs the Warehouse Team Leader for the Pick & Pack Team, you’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor of our Helensvale location, ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You’ll lead a team of warehouse staff, foster a high-performance culture, and help us deliver excellence at every step of the order fulfilment process.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet daily targets across picking and packing functions.
Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of all online, retail, and wholesale orders.
Monitor workload and allocate resources effectively to meet order deadlines.
Implement and uphold warehouse processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Provide hands-on support and training to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Knowledge of People Vox WMS, Starshipit an advantage.
Understanding of order fulfilment processes and warehouse best practices.
A team-first attitude with great communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
EWP / Scissorlift license (desirable but not essential).
