Warehouse Pick & Pack Team Leader

As the Warehouse Team Leader for the Pick & Pack Team, you’ll be responsible for driving day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor of our Helensvale location, ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You’ll lead a team of warehouse staff, foster a high-performance culture, and help us deliver excellence at every step of the order fulfilment process.

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet daily targets across picking and packing functions.

• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of all online, retail, and wholesale orders.

• Monitor workload and allocate resources effectively to meet order deadlines.

• Implement and uphold warehouse processes, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Provide hands-on support and training to team members to drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Knowledge of People Vox WMS, Starshipit an advantage. 

• U​nderstanding of order fulfilment processes and warehouse best practices.

• A team-first attitude with great communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).

• EWP / Scissorlift license (desirable but not essential).
