Warehouse Storeperson

Since 2007 we have offered automotive enthusiasts performance tuning parts & solutions, starting with E-Series Falcons and extending outwards to other models and makes. We are a small but dedicated team focussed on exceptional customer service, sustainable organic growth, and we constantly strive to improve the way we work to offer more for our customers.

This role will oversee the pick and pack of ecommerce orders, organise and put away stock, as well as maintaining and improving our warehouse and processes. Day to day you will be involved with:

• Receiving, counting and putting away incoming deliveries into organised warehouse locations
• Picking and packing online orders ready for pickup
• Preparing manifest documents for couriers
• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organised
• Identifying improvements to our processes to make our operations more efficient

Where possible, this role may grow into:

• Handling customer enquiries and responding to queries
• Processing customer returns
• Assisting with creating listings for new products

We are looking for someone with attention to detail, who is organised and process focused with the ability to work autonomously.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

• Great communication skills, including written
• Positive and inquisitive attitude, keen learner
• Good computer skills and experience with web applications (WooCommerce and Shippit a plus)
• Previous work in a similar role would be highly beneficial

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $29.04 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotating roster
