As a boutique wellness studio offering Reformer Pilates, contrast therapy, and community-focused recovery experiences, we’re proud to support a space where wellness feels both elevated and deeply human.
We’re looking for a Restore Host (Wellness Host) to join our team — someone calm, confident and caring who can guide guests through their contrast therapy experience with professionalism, warmth, and ease.

About the Role
As a Restore Host, you’re the heartbeat of our recovery space — creating a safe, supportive and soothing environment for guests to recharge and reconnect. You’ll welcome and guide members through their journey, educate them on the benefits and safety of contrast therapy (ice baths, infrared and traditional saunas, massage chairs), and ensure our space runs smoothly and beautifully.
You’ll also support front-of-house operations, bookings, membership sales and daily admin — helping guests feel seen, supported, and empowered to prioritise their wellness.
Key Responsibilities
✦ Guest Experience & Recovery Support
Welcome and onboard guests with clarity, calm, and care
Guide safe and effective use of contrast therapy equipment
Educate guests on protocols, benefits and transitions between hot/cold therapy
Monitor client safety, comfort, and progress throughout sessions
✦ Studio Operations & Hygiene
Prepare, set up, and reset the Restore space throughout the day
Monitor sauna and ice bath temperatures and ensure hygiene standards are upheld
Maintain towels, water, scent, lighting, and ambience to elevate the sensory experience
Support open/close procedures and readiness of the studio
✦ Admin, Sales & Community Engagement
Assist with guest bookings, payments, and profile creation
Educate members on packages and support studio sales goals
Provide clear, professional communication via phone, email, and in-person
Participate in activations, social media ideas and community-building events
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...
✓ Are calm, grounded, and great at holding space
✓ Are passionate about holistic wellness and recovery practices
✓ Have exceptional interpersonal skills and a welcoming presence
✓ Are First Aid & CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
✓ Have previous experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, fitness or customer care
✓ Are comfortable speaking to contrast therapy benefits and usage (training provided)
✓ Are detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
✓ Can work mornings, evenings or weekends on a rotating roster
✓ Have knowledge of Pilates or interest in learning more about it
