Wills & Estates and Estate Litigation Solicitor - 3+ Years' Experience

Our highly reputable and well-established law firm in the Sutherland Shire seeks a skilled and motivated solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience to join our Wills and Estates Team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with two of the firm's Principals: one being our Law Society Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates, and the other bringing extensive experience in this area of law.We boast a strong local presence, a loyal client base, and a supportive culture, offering a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to further their career in Wills and Estates. Your Responsibilities will include:Working with our highly skilled paralegals to manage applications for probate and letters of administration.Preparing wills, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianships.Providing advice to clients on all aspects of estate planning and administration.Assisting our Principal in estate litigation matters, including contested wills and administration disputes.Conducting legal research and preparing submissions.Attending Court and other Tribunals, as required.Managing client relationships and providing excellent service. The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate:A clear and demonstrable interest in Wills & Estates and Estate Litigation.A minimum of 3 years PAE focusing on Wills & Estates, with experience in Estate Litigation.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and LEAP software.Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to be a collaborative team player.
