Within the Organisational Development Program in the Enterprise Services Group, the Workforce Planning and Reporting (WFPR) section provides workforce reporting and workforce planning advice and services to the Bureau. We serve the Bureau's geographically dispersed workforce, and our work is interesting, challenging, and varied.
The Workforce Analytics Lead reports to the Manager of Workforce Planning and Reporting and is responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide reporting activities relevant to the Organisational Development (OD) function. The position works in a team-based environment, collaborating closely with members of WFPR, OD specialist teams, and other business areas across the Bureau.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Strong data analysis skills and experience are essential to ensure that our people analytics capabilities are leveraged to their fullest potential.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage projects and stakeholder relationships effectively. The Workforce Analytics Lead exercises judgment and initiative in making decisions, provides advice that relies on specialist HR and data skills, and uses SAP and other data sources to produce a wide variety of reports for different audiences and purposes. The role involves planning work and goals in the context of competing priorities and contributing to and implementing changes in workplace practices based on technology best practices, legislation, and business improvement strategies.
