About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Coordinator to join our dynamic team within People and Culture at Swinburne University to coordinate workforce and sessional operations administration across the Schools in accordance with relevant policies, processes and procedures within the University.
As the Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruitment administration, HR processes and facilitating payment validation for ongoing, contract and sessional staff. You will be required to have a proactive approach in planning, improving processes and providing authoritative advice to all stakeholders, including liaising with the wider People and Culture team and other central university areas.
This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the education sector and you’ll be part of a collaborative, future-focused university community that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
