What We’re Looking For:

You’re more than a technician – you’re a leader who can mentor, coach, and bring out the best in your team.

Your strengths include:

1. HR Licence

2. A can-do attitude and natural leadership skills

3. Experience leading technicians and apprentices in a fast-paced service workshop

4. Excellent communication – both written and verbal – with a strong customer service focus

5. Heavy Vehicle trade qualification (Isuzu experience highly desirable)

6. Strong ability to manage workflow, productivity, and quality standards

7. A collaborative approach with internal departments like Parts and Admin

8. Passion for continuous improvement and business growth

9. Positive culture builder with high standards and follow-through

Bonus Points For:

1. Certificate of Inspection (COI) experience

2. Engine/transmission rebuild or machining background

3. Quality control experience
