About the Role
As a Youth Mentor, you will proactively engage with job seekers, guiding them towards sustainable employment. Your role involves motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.
Note: You’ll need to be fluent in spoken Arabic, as you'll be working closely with Arabic-speaking clients to help them access employment services and navigate the job placement process.
Requirements:
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
