As our Zoho Consultant, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of Zoho implementations and optimisations for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll translate business requirements into robust Zoho workflows, integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems, and provide best-practice training and support.

• Lead requirements workshops and process mapping to design Zoho solutions (CRM, Desk, Projects, Books, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Campaigns, etc.)

• Configure and customise Zoho applications, including Deluge scripting and custom functions

• Integrate Zoho suite with external platforms (e.g. Xero, Twilio Flex, WhatsApp Business, Stripe, Podium) using APIs and middleware

• Migrate data into Zoho safely and accurately, ensuring data integrity and security

• Develop technical documentation, user guides and training materials; deliver workshops and one-on-one training sessions

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and enhancements post-go-live to maximise client satisfaction

• Collaborate with project managers, developers and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Zoho consulting or implementation roles

• Certifications: Zoho Certified Consultant credentials preferred

• Technical Skills:

  • Deep familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow and other Zoho One applications

  • Proficient in Deluge scripting; comfortable working with REST APIs and webhooks

  • Hands-on experience with data migration tools and ETL processes

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

  • Project-management capability, with a focus on delivery and quality

• Other Requirements:

  • Right to work in Australia

  • Willingness to travel to client sites in Victoria as needed
