Working in close collaboration with the agency’s clients and wider internal client teams, this role plays a central part in aligning social media content with broader PR strategies across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. The Content Creator will partner closely with the wider internal client teams to ensure all content is on-brand, delivered within agreed timelines, and continually refined through performance insights and audience engagement data.
Given the fast-moving nature of social media, the role demands a highly driven and creative professional with a strong passion for content creation and editing, who can demonstrate exceptional organisation, with solid expertise in content strategy and creation, reporting, an up-to-date understanding of the algorithms and trends of key social media platforms, and demonstrated continuous improvement.

Task & responsibilities
- Create high-quality content including video, photography, graphics and written posts
- Develop a deep understanding of client brands, objectives, and target audiences to produce original, purpose-driven content for social and digital platforms.
- Plan, produce and publish text, images and videos in line with agreed content calendars to promote clients’ brands, products and services across social and digital platforms.
- Execute content strategies across multiple platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with broader marketing and PR objectives.
- Manage and grow client social media engagement through audience engagement, community interaction and content-led growth strategies.
- Monitor content and campaign performance using platform analytics, contributing to reporting, insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Schedule, update and maintain content across relevant client platforms to ensure timely and accurate publication.
- Support content development for campaign launches, promotions and key marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed of emerging social media trends, content formats, platform updates and industry developments to inform content direction.
- Contribute to building brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement and supporting sales outcomes through effective content marketing.
- Plan, manage and deliver content shoots end-to-end, including concept development, storyboarding and execution
- Liaise with clients to coordinate site visits and product pulls as required for content creation
- Create content that specifically targets members of the professional hair industry
- Create content that specifically targets online shoppers in the apparel, alcohol, health, and travel space to drive click throughs and sales
Qualification & experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- content creation experience across key social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
